• What motivated you to apply for the Introduction to Perioperative Nursing Program course?
•  Please describe any previous time you have spent in the perioperative environment (the role you were in and how long for, eg nursing student for 2 weeks)?
• Please advise of your years working in nursing (if applicable).
• If you attend this program, describe briefly how will you apply the new knowledge (eg do you intend on applying for a role in the perioperative environment as a nurse)?
