Payment options and membership approval information

Payment options

You can pay your membership fee by any of the below options:

  • B-Pay
  • Online membership renewal through our web site
  • Cheque / money order
  • Credit card by either- all new members must pay the first years membership amount in full

                                    - second year of membership (and thereafter) can have quarterly amount deducted.

Membership approval process

Please note that membership applications may take up to one month to be processed as approval is attended at the monthly NSW OTA State Executive meeting

When your membership is approved

You will receive

  • a NSW OTA membership information pack
  • a laminated membership card with your name, membership number and the year you joined. On your card the month identified as "member since" is the month when your membership renewal is due.
  • all official NSW OTA correspondence from the State Committee and from the Zone (see web site for Zone details) of which you have automatically become a member

Membership fees will be due annually (or 3 yearly, depending on your membership nomination) on your anniversary date.

A Tax Invoice will be forwarded to you 6 weeks prior to the due date.

Renewing membership or changing address?

Please remember when you change any of your details (eg: move house / employer, email address etc) please amend your details on the NSW OTA web site or use the printable membership form to notify us.
